In particular, these concerned products which might be used in the Golden Health Medical Network. This press release contained some false information about a so-called business partnership between China Golden Health Medical Network and GTPP, said GHMNC Vice President Liu Yinghua. -- GTPP has never participated in the China Golden Health Medical
Network and is not a partner of the Liaoning Branch of GHMNC.
-- Mr. Cheng Li-Qun, the founder of GTPP, is not the Director of
Golden Health Dalian Telemedicine Center.
-- GHMNC has never signed any agreement about equipment import with
IVC, ICOM or GTPP. The agreements signed by Golden Health
Liaoning Branch have not received the approval of the Board of
Directors of the Golden Health Medical Network Co. Ltd.
GHMNC has no obligation to implement these agreements. Mr. Zhou
Ming, who was the General Manager of Liaoning Branch of Golden
Health Medical Network, resigned from his position. Furthermore,
GHMNC will not take any responsibility for his actions.
