RBRC also has reported a 30 percent increase in program participation, adding 880 new collection sites. Highlights from the first half of 2003 include the addition of Staples to the RBRC program; the promotion of the public agency recycling program, which enables federal, state or local governmental agencies, public hospitals, police and fire departments and military institutions to recycle free; and the relaunch Relaunch can refer to several things:
