God's gator.

Biologists who have seen pictures say that the markings look authentic, and that alligators have naturally occurring striped patterns that camouflage them in the wild.

Although many have been impressed with the alligator, they do not necessarily see a higher meaning in the pattern. The markings have not affected Wilk spiritually. He was raised Roman Catholic but does not attend church.
