:GNOW) Friday announced that it has entered into an agreement and mutual release with some of the previous DermaRX Corp. shareholders to retire 250,000 shares of free trading stock, which now trades under stock symbol GNOW.

No cash consideration was paid.

The shares are currently in the process of being removed from a brokerage account and are to be returned to GoPublicNow.com's transfer agent for cancellation. The shares are part of approximately 550,000 shares considered to be the public free trading float, therefore the public free trading float will be decreased to approximately 300,000 shares.

Overall, this action will reduce the issued and outstanding stock of GoPublicNow.com from 10,803,239 to 10,553,239 shares.
