This agreement authorizes Digital West to conduct hardware service performance during the warranty period. Services included under the agreement are Service Authorization, Warranty Service, Parts Services, HP Product Repair Services and Information Resources. The current Hewlett-Packard products which are covered under the ASP agreement are HP Pavillion desktops and notebooks. Additionally, Digital West is eligible to receive reimbursement for parts and labor during the HP Product warranty period.
