  • Bay Parkway (Jones Beach) in Jones Beach State Park in Nassau County, New York

 in Brooklyn Brooklyn (brk`lĭn), borough of New York City (1990 pop. 2,300,664), 71 sq mi (184 sq km), coextensive with Kings co., SE N.Y. , a 30,000 s/f mixed-use retail and office property. The property is in the hot retail corridor of 86th Street in Brooklyn, near a number of chain retailers and the subway subway: see rapid transit.

With limited supply of office space in the nieghborhood, the property presented a great investment opportunity for Glory Capital, which plans to build an additional 30,000 s/f of office space.

The current retail and office tenants include Doral Bank, Lutheran Hospital, Quest Labs and Long Island Jewish Medical Center Long Island Jewish Medical Center (LIJMC) shares the title of clinical and academic hub of the North Shore-Long Island Jewish Health System. It is an 827-bed voluntary, non-profit tertiary care teaching hospital serving the greater metropolitan New York area.  as well as a health food store, among other stores.
