Glory buys Watchtower building.


Glory Capital has reportedly acquired a six-story, 43-unit apartment building located at 6-8-10 Clark Street between Columbia Heights Columbia Heights, city (1990 pop. 18,910), Anoka co., SE Minn., a residential suburb adjoining Minneapolis, on the Mississippi River; inc. 1921. It has many varied manufactures.  and Willow Street near the Promenade in historic Brooklyn Heights.

The property boasts spectacular Manhattan views and is located in the chic brownstone brownstone, red to brown variety of sandstone. The property was sold to Glory Capital by Watchtower Bible and Tract Society, a congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses. Watchtower's recent real estate activities have included the sale of six high-profile sites, including 105 Willow Street, 34 Orange Street and 169 Columbia Heights and a hotel property. In May 2007, Glory Capital acquired a 50,000 s/f, 30-story luxury residential tower at 67 Livingston Street from Watchtower.
