), a global provider of end-to-end satellite-based communications solutions, today announced that it has been awarded multiple contracts from a global multilateral organization valued at approximately $2.1 million.

Pursuant to the contracts, Globecomm will provide the customer with multiple mobile communication trailers. The trailers are outfitted to operate in the 4-6 GHz frequency bands and include all related subsystems.

David Hershberg, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Globecomm Systems Inc., said, "Globecomm has now provided this customer with approximately three hundred mobile communication trailers. The trailers are highly reliable and allow the customer to connect to a main command center from anywhere in the world. Mobile communications will continue to be a core focus of the Company for years to come."
