Shortly after entering the telecom industry, Tim became involved with the building and operations of MCI's first International Gateway, and later the development of the Fiber Optic network of US Sprint, a significant new platform that signaled the future focus of the industry to digital from analog. Being involved firsthand in this transformation helped shaped his unique perspective on what the telecommunications world can be. Subsequent projects centered around the design, integration and maintenance of private voice and data networks, as well as the building of one of the first VoIP commercial grade networks into Mexico, prior to his joining GlobeTel.

Przemyslaw L. Kostro, Chairman, added, "As I stated in my letter to shareholders, our priority is to deploy our assets where they're most needed. Related to that concept is the placement of talent within the right role. We believe in Tim as Chief Technology Officer and we expect he will prove his exceptional value to the Company and our shareholders."
