WHAT MAKES A COUNTRY GLOBAL? LONG DISTANCE PHONE CALLS, TOURISM, strong investment and capital markets. Or so says Foreign Policy magazine.

The magazine's latest index ranks Chile as the most globalized country in the region. Mexico Mexico, city, Mexico
