Agreement Allows Both GlobalSign and Diversinet to Expand

Their Wireless Solutions to the Entire Wireless Space

GlobalSign, a leading Trust Services Provider offering flexible outsourced PKI-solutions and certification services for e- and m-commerce, and Diversinet Corp. (NASDAQ:DVNT), a leading provider of m-commerce security infrastructure solutions, announced today they have established a partnership for secure wireless commerce.

Under the terms of the agreement, GlobalSign and Diversinet will offer the wireless space a complete solution service package by integrating the Diversinet Passport security solution into the GlobalSign Ready program. Customers will benefit from both companies' strengths: GlobalSign's outsourced trust services for e-commerce and wireless commerce and Diversinet's advanced wireless security technology.

GlobalSign and Diversinet will work together in order to provide joint proposals to customers.
