GlobalSCAPE reported revenues of $4,930,660 and net income of $200,423 for the year ended 12/31/04 as compared to revenues of $4,847,119 and a net loss of $643,001 for the year ended 12/31/03. This is an improvement in net income over 2003 by approximately $843,000. GlobalSCAPE reported revenues of $1,200,502 and net income of $66,851 for the quarter ended 12/31/04 as compared to revenues of $1,080,543 and a net loss of $216,751 for the quarter ended 12/31/03. This is an improvement in net income for the fourth quarter 2004 over 2003 of approximately $283,000. The Company's cost of revenues, research and development, and depreciation and amortization costs decreased $597,960, SG&A expenses decreased $157,161 for the year ended 12/31/04 over the year ended 12/31/03.
