(GPJ-V, T) announces that its shareholders, at the Annual General Meeting held on June 25, 1998, authorized and approved the implementation of the company's 1998 Stock Option Plan and approved that a maximum aggregate of 505,000 shares be issuable pursuant to options granted under the Plan.

The Plan is subject to regulatory approval and the shareholders have authorized the Directors to make such changes to the Plan as may be required by regulatory authorities.
