These two new Directors are Mr. G. Edward Powell and Mr. Damian C. Georgino. Mr. Powell was previously with PricewaterhouseCoopers, an international accounting and consulting firm. During his 35-year tenure, he was directly involved in a wide variety of both publicly and privately owned business enterprises in various industries. He was appointed to the position of managing partner of the Houston office in 1982 and retained that position until his retirement in 1994.
