 Letter of Intent from Australasia Pty. Ltd., a new marketing partner in Australia. Under the terms of the agreement between Wataire Industries Inc. (Pink Sheets:WTAF) Global Wataire is mounting an aggressive sales effort for its innovative Atmospheric Water Generators that produce safe, good tasting drinking water drinking water

supply of water available to animals for drinking supplied via nipples, in troughs, dams, ponds and larger natural water sources; an insufficient supply leads to dehydration; it can be the source of infection, e.g. leptospirosis, salmonellosis, or of poisoning, e.g.
 from atmospheric moisture.

The order from Australasia Pty. Ltd. is for one C1-5000 commercial unit that produces 5,000 litres per day for shipment to a distributor in Pakistan. Additionally, two C1-2500 Water Generators producing 2500 litres per day will be shipped to distributors in India and Pakistan.

In addition to these large commercial units, two containers (576 Individual units) of WII-4010's Home/Office units will be individually shipped to Distributors in Pakistan and India. Individual Home/Office units produce 8 gallons of drinking water over a twenty-four hour period.
