OneWorld Network Modem is further evidence of our commitment to make communications easy for users on Macintosh networks.''

Delivers complete, flexible package

OneWorld Network Modem is a complete, plug-and-play package. The all-in-one server does not require a separate Macintosh server. The product includes: the OneWorld Network Modem server with preinstalled GlobalAccess server software and a PowerPort/Mercury modem which transfers data at speeds up to 19,200 bps, OneWorld Network Modem client software and OneWorld Manager administration software.

OneWorld Network Modem is compatible with all desktop and portable Macintosh computers including the PowerBook Duo and 500 series.

Features convenient, reliable dial-out capabilities

Global Village's new OneWorld Network Modem brings direct modem access to each user on a Macintosh network without hassle and eliminates a company's expense of purchasing individual modems and phone lines. Any user can dial-out to an on-line service, such as America Online See AOL.  or CompuServe; conduct pertinent business research via news databases; access a remote computer; download software updates; or access enterprise database information.

OneWorld Network Modem automatically allocates an available modem to any network user running software which requires it.
