Global Triad Signs Letter of Intent to Form a Strategic Alliance with Amplidyne; Company Moves Closer to Completing Wireless Network Installations.

GLOBAL TRIAD, INC. (Pink Sheets:GTRD), traded on the Over The Counter Pink Sheets, announced today the signing of a Letter of Intent with AMPLIDYNE INC. (OTCBB:AMPD), a designer and manufacturer of wireless networking products, whereby Amplidyne will supply GLOBAL TV, INC., a wholly owned subsidiary of Global Triad, with the technology and products required for GTRD to continue realizing its vision of becoming a major player in the wireless networking community. The letter of intent is subject to the execution of a definitive distribution and purchasing agreement.

To insure the greatest efficiency and quality, Amplidyne will supply the hardware and compatible software, along with support for all Global installations. Anthony Mellone Jr., Executive Vice-President of Global Triad stated: "This is much more than the selection of a vendor. Phase III of the Company's business model, the roll out of Video on Demand (VOD), is still on target with initial installations scheduled for the end of October, 2004.
