Global Transmedia Concludes Successful Meetings and Creates Subsidiary in Mexico.

:ADGI), announced that it has recently concluded successful senior-level executive meetings in Mexico with its strategic partners. Global Transmedia also announced the formation of a majority-owned Mexican subsidiary.

As a result of the meetings held in Mexico, Global Transmedia is now able to terminate traffic directly into a number of additional Mexican cities by expanding its geographical reach. The Mexico meetings have also resulted in lowering Global Transmedia's costs for termination to specific telephone exchanges in Mexico.

Creation of the Mexican subsidiary enables Global Transmedia to reduce previous difficulties associated with operating through third-party in-country intermediaries. The existence of the subsidiary simplifies the administrative and management processes associated with the company's Mexico operations. The efficiencies resulting from the creation of the subsidiary ultimately yield cost benefits to the Mexico operations' bottom line.
