LLC - Logical Link Control
 (Washington, D.C.) has acquired the assets of medical newsletter publisher Global Success Corp. (Naples, FL) from Dr. Leslie Norms, co-founder and ceo, and Rainey Norins, co-founder and vice chairman. No terms of the deal were given.

Global Success Corp. was established in 1993 and launched and produced four medical newsletters which were sold to Williams & Wilkins Wil·kins , Maurice Hugh Frederick 1916-2004.

He developed that company into a major medical newsletter publisher and sold it to Medical Economics (Montvale, NJ) in 1984.
