Global MAINTECH Announces Strategic Relationship with BMC Software.

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 26, 1998--Global MAINTECH Corporation announced today it has joined the BMC Software PATROL Developer Network which will allow MAINTECH and BMC Software Inc to jointly package and sell their respective products.

MAINTECH sells the Virtual Command Center (VCC) and BMC Software sells the PATROL Application Management Suite of products.

This relationship will give the VCC exposure to a worldwide customer through BMC Software's marketing and sales catalog, increases the opportunity for joint marketing ventures and associates the VCC with another well respected brand name.
