VANCOUVER, British Columbia -- Global Lottery Corporation (Global) (Pink Sheets:GTTC) announced today that it has successfully entered into several beneficial business arrangements after a recent visit to several Asian Countries. During high-level governmental meetings, Global Lottery Corporation has been reassured that its initiatives in these markets are in the final approval stages. After reaffirming its US $250 million commitment from the Royal Indian Raj International Corporation, a significant North American, first to market entity in the Indian real estate sector, heavily entrenched in leisure Resort/City Development, Global Lottery Corporation unleashed its expansionary campaign into several major markets including the aforementioned as well as Europe.

Gary Newman, Chairman and CEO of Global, states that, "while displaying our proprietary Lottery Systems at the recent WLA Convention held in Singapore, a number of new Lottery and Pari-mutuel opportunities were discussed with various Lottery License Holders and Government officials."

1. A signed agreement in Asia to fund and operate a National Lottery having over 20,000 selling locations, subject to government approval in order to become effective. -- Completed.

4. A worldwide supplier of equipment and services to the racing industry is bidding Global Lottery's Pari-mutuel terminals to several North American race tracks as part of a new Totalizator system. -- Negotiations in progress.
