PERTH, Western Australia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 28, 2001

The Board of CityView Corporation Limited ("CityView") advises that Primeorder and Sands Solutions have entered an agreement with Technological Business Solutions Ltd ("TBS") of the United Kingdom ("UK"), innovators in mobile computing.

TBS was formed to exploit two emerging technologies, hand held computers and GSM telecommunications, providing low cost software solutions for key vertical markets.

TBS is the UK's leading systems integrator for portable computers using the Windows CE operating language. TBS also provides M-Commerce solutions on a wide range of other platforms ranging from notebook computers to specialist mobile terminals. User references of TBS's systems include Hertz, The Post Office, Marconi, RAC See remote access concentrator.  and Midlands Electricity Board. Motorola, IBM (International Business Machines Corporation, Armonk, NY, www.ibm.com) The world's largest computer company. IBM's product lines include the S/390 mainframes (zSeries), AS/400 midrange business systems (iSeries), RS/6000 workstations and servers (pSeries), Intel-based servers (xSeries) , Nokia and BT have all used TBS services.

Under the agreement TBS will represent Primeorder in the United Kingdom, Sands Solutions will represent TBS in Australia and Primeorder will market TBS systems in Germany.
