Global Equity Capital, LLC Announces the Sale of Adventa Control Technologies, Inc. to Rudolph Technologies, Inc.

BOULDER, Colo. -- Global Equity Capital, LLC, is pleased to announced it has completed the sale to Rudolph Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: RTEC) of Adventa Control Technologies, Inc., an affiliate company and a leading provider of a wide range of Advanced Process Control (APC) technologies specifically for tool automation, Run-to-Run control, and fault detection and classification to semiconductor manufacturers.
