Global Environmental Energy Corp. announced on February 25, 2005 that its common stock commenced trading under the trading symbol "GEECF." The symbol change is a result of the Global Environmental Energy Corp. designation as a Foreign Corporation.

Dr. McCormack, President and Chief Executive Officer of Global Environmental Energy Corp., ordered a second press release regarding the symbol change was to be sent out because of confusion among some of the stockholders. He also reiterated, "This move approved by the Board in 2004 will enhance our global competitive position; create a more favorable corporate structure for worldwide expansion of our current business; enable implementation of our business strategy more effectively; and expand our investor base."
