This upstream expansion was coupled with extensive diversification downstream in refining and marketing with accompanying increases in production, refining and marketing. We expect that GLOBAL and SAHARA's shareholders will be well served by these men's vast experience in every aspect of the oil and gas business. This is an important milestone in the development of SAHARA and further reinforces GLOBAL's commitment to becoming a fully integrated energy company.
