) confirmed today that it was filing a Form 15 with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Pursuant to the Form 15, Global will cease to be a 12g company and as a "foreign private issuer" as that term is defined by the Securities Act of 1934, the company will file all mandated reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission including its certified annual report. Such reports will be available on the Edgar system and will be supplied by the company on request.

The Company continues to trade on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board with symbol GEECF.
