) has extended Stock Dividend Record Dates for the payment of dividends in Global Environmental Energy Corp.

--The original record date was to be December 10, 2004, the company has extended the record date to January 7, 2005.

--The payment date will be January 31, 2005 and the stock transfer agent will mail the shares as soon as possible after the payment date without any action being necessary on the part of the shareholder of record.

--The ratio of the distribution will be as follows: the Company intends to issue the stock divided as of the record date "ONLY" to shareholders that own not less than 100 shares. 5 shares will be issued for each 100 shares owned. Increments of less than 100 no matter how many other shares are owned are entitled to no dividend; by way of example, the owner of 100 shares receives 5 shares of dividend, the owner of 199 shares receives 5 shares of dividend.

--The shares issued under the dividend will be freely tradable and transferable if the shares now held are free trading and transferable, if the shares now held are not eligible to trade the shares issued as a dividend will carry the same restriction.
