The sales price of these ten (10) Biosphere(TM) Process System's will be USD$8,400,000 per system, a total of USD$84,000,000. Meegan International will finance these purchases with the intention of reselling these same ten (10) Biosphere(TM) Process System's to their clients in the United Arab Emirates, Yemen and Jordan. The systems being ordered are intended to convert municipal solid waste to electricity and potable water.
