Global Entertainment Holdings/Equities Expands Board of Directors with Appointment of David Outhwaite.

MIAMI -- Global Entertainment Holdings/Equities, Inc. (OTCBB:GAMM) announced the appointment of industry veteran David Outhwaite to the board of directors. Mr. Outhwaite brings to the company more than 30 years of software and gaming industry experience.

Currently President and CEO of VoiceIQ, Inc., provider of digital voice capture and workflow management software, network storage utilities, and world class transcriptions services, Mr. Outhwaite brings more than three decades of in-depth operational experience, and a proven record of success to Global Entertainment.

Previously, Mr. Outhwaite was Chief Executive Officer of dot com Entertainment Group and prior to that was Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of CryptoLogic Inc. Mr. Outhwaite has also held various other executive positions with several companies including Informix Software Canada, Sybase Canada, Control Data Systems, and Philips Electronics. He has had an extensive career managing growth technology companies employing several hundred people and has led expansions in South American, European and Pacific markets. Mr. Outhwaite has participated in numerous ISO certifications and has acted as Compliance Officer for several public companies.
