Global Docugraphix Acquires TPE Business Services, Inc.

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 22, 1998--Global DocuGraphix Inc., a leading Chicago-based document management and graphics services company, announces it has acquired TPE Business Services Inc., a print management, image management and electronic management company headquartered in Dallas, Texas.

Founded in 1983 by Mike Riffe who built it into a first-class print, image and electronic management company, TPE Business Services began as a business forms distribution company and today offers additional capabilities in electronic forms and document imaging. TPE's sales are concentrated in the financial service and the healthcare industries.
