Global Cash Access Opens Macau Office.

First Office/Showroom Outside of U.S. for Gaming Industry Leader

LAS VEGAS -- Global Cash Access (GCA), a leading provider of cash access products and related services to the gaming industry, has opened an office in Macau as a base to serve the rapidly growing Asia-Pacific gaming industry.

The office is GCA's first outside of the U.S. with full-time staff and product demonstration capabilities. GCA currently serves three gaming facilities in the region, and it expects that number to grow as the market continues to develop. Seven casinos are currently under construction in Macau and nearby destinations.

* EDITH (Electronic Debit Interactive Terminal Housing) is a compact kiosk placed at the end of a row of slot machines. It allows casino patrons to purchase slot, or ticket-in ticket-out (TITO), vouchers with their debit card. EDITH is reliable and simple to use. Patrons simply insert and remove their debit card, enter their personal identification number (PIN) and request an amount. Upon approval of the transaction, a bar-coded slot voucher is then dispensed from EDITH's voucher printer. An optional receipt is also provided upon the patron's request. The bar-coded slot voucher may then be inserted into a TITO-enabled slot machine or redeemed at a cashier station.
