), a global manufacturer of specialty papers and engineered products, today announced the appointment of Martin Rapp as Vice President & General Manager of the Composite Fibers Business Unit, (formerly the Long Fibers & Overlay Papers Business Unit). Reporting to Dante C. Parrini, Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer Chief Operating Officer (COO)
