Glass-filled ABS/nylon debuts in car interiors.

 in Germany developed its first glass-filled grades of Terblend N ABS/nylon 6 alloy for an interior application on the 2006-2007 GM Opel Zafira Tracker SUV. Injection molded components of the 5.9-ft-long overhead console use Terblend N NG-02 (8% glass) and NG-04 (20% glass). The material provides low gloss without paint, heat and scratch resistance, and better acoustic properties (vibration damping) than ABS, PC/ABS PC/ABS Polycarbonate/Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene , or PP, according to BASF BASF Bar Association of San Francisco (since 1872; San Francisco, California)

The label was originally introduced to Britain by the Merchandise Marks Act 1887
