Injection molded components of the 5.9-ft-long overhead console use Terblend N NG-02 (8% glass) and NG-04 (20% glass). The material provides low gloss without paint, heat and scratch resistance, and better acoustic properties (vibration damping) than ABS, PC/ABS PC/ABS Polycarbonate/Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene , or PP, according to BASF BASF Bar Association of San Francisco (since 1872; San Francisco, California) BASF Badische Anilin und Soda Fabrik (German chemical products company) BASF Builders Association of South Florida . Though made in Germany Made in Germany is a merchandise mark indicating that a product has been manufactured in Germany. History The label was originally introduced to Britain by the Merchandise Marks Act 1887 , these products are available in the U.S. from BASF Corp., Engineering Plastics, Wyandotte, Mich.
