LAS VEGAS & CALGARY, Alberta--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 3, 2002

GiveMePower Corporation (OTCBB:GMPW), a provider of desktop, portable and wireless CAD solutions for the design-build industry, announced today that the Company's Form SB-2 has been declared effective by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission and is now subject to reporting requirements pursuant to the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
