GiveMePower Corporation (OTCBB: GMPW), a provider of desktop, portable and wireless solutions for the design/build industry, told shareholders today, in a state-of-the-company report from President & CEO Bill Walton, that over the past few months it has achieved critically important milestones.

They include product design advancements, strategic technology acquisitions, and new business partnering agreements with major software industry players, including the biggest of them all - Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ: MSFT).

"We expect each of these accomplishments to begin yielding significant results in the next few quarters of business," said Walton. From the outset, the CEO told shareholders, the company's goal has been to deliver a completely unique suite of price-performance leading mobile and desktop software able to leverage the success of existing industry leaders, but at a retail price range that's 80 to 85% lower than the current price points of industry leaders.

He added that a critically important element was validated by the recent announcement of acceptance into Microsoft Corporation's Mobile Solutions Partner Program. In addition to direct access to the latest Windows CE developer resources, PowerCAD CE will gain wide exposure through Microsoft's Mobile Solutions web sites, and be exposed to key Microsoft sales teams to enable joint selling.

"Microsoft's validation and the considerable industry buzz being generated with PowerCAD CE(TM) should help to establish GiveMePower as the clear leader in addressing millions of potential users with the means to manage their designs and digital blueprints anytime and anywhere they want, on handheld devices running Microsoft's portable Windows CE(R) operating system," the CEO affirmed.

Walton also noted that in early June, just four months after commercial company launch, major updates to its complete PowerCAD desktop and mobile product lines began shipping. These updates, he said, included ground-breaking innovations such as the company's exclusive VoiceNOTE(TM) audio collaboration technology, which lets PowerCAD users coordinate project workflow by simply recording changes verbally and wirelessly communicating to all members of the design and construction team - both in the office and in the field.

"The advent of VoiceNOTE heralds a new era in productivity by allowing even non-CAD literate managers, owners and support staff to actively participate in the design/build cycle and ongoing maintenance of their projects," Walton explained, noting also that PowerCAD CE is the only system of its kind that runs as a completely independent mobile CAD, or as a perfectly synced portable extension for market leading desktop systems such as AutoCAD(R) by Autodesk Inc., MicroStation(R) by Bentley Systems Inc., and GiveMePower's PowerCAD desktop line. "No other vendor is currently able to provide the depth of perfectly synced desktop and mobile CAD technologies now available through GiveMePower."

The CEO said a key component in the company's business plan is to license its technologies to commercial, corporate and government enterprises as an embeddable "engine" for creation of custom vertical market software solutions. "To this end," he said, "we now have more than 20 third-party developers... such as Nikon, Mapping Solutions and Boss International (that) will provide ongoing revenues in future months as they complete and bring to market a wide array of solutions in the fields of architecture, engineering and construction, as well as the emerging arenas of GIS and GPS location-based technologies and wireless shop-floor design automation systems for manufacturing with its traditionally strong dependence on CAD.
