The attack took place between 10am and 1pm on Wednesday, August 23 and her parents and officers have pleaded for the public to come forward with information. It has been reported that the attacker used tape to tie the girl's hands behind her back. A 59-year-old local man was arrested in connection with the police investigation and was bailed until Monday, October 30. |
