American jurist who was appointed an associate justice of the U.S. Supreme Court in 1993. Development Corp. announced that Melissa Zotti has been
appointed as the community manager with the Crystal Ridge Club, a luxury
rental community.
Prior to joining Ginsburg Development, Zotti served as community
manager for AvalonBay Communities AvalonBay Communities, Inc. (NYSE: AVB) is an Alexandria, Virginia-based public real estate investment trust. The company specializes in acquiring, developing, redeveloping and managing high-quality apartment communities in high barrier-to-entry markets, such as the Northeast, , Inc. Zotti holds a B.A. in hotel,
restaurant, and institutional management from the University of
Delaware [3] The student body at the University of Delaware is largely an undergraduate population. Delaware students have a great deal of access to work and internship opportunities. .
