Gilat Satellite Networks Ltd. (Nasdaq:GILTF), a worldwide leader in satellite networking technology, today reported its results for the quarter ended June June: see month.  30, 2003.

Revenues were US$52.1 million for the second quarter of 2003, an increase of US$0.5 million over the US$51.6 million result for the same period in 2002, as well as an increase of US$1.0 million over the US$51.1 in the first quarter of 2003. Operating loss operating loss

Second Quarter Events

Gilat announces Alcatel subsidiaries join SATLYNX, R&D agreement with SES Global, a major agreement in Bulgaria, an important deployment in Australia and a continued strong deal flow for its Spacenet subsidiary.

During the quarter, the Company announced a series of agreements that contributed to the Company's continued strong deal flow and demonstrated the growing confidence in the Company and in its technology.
