On January 2, 2002, Giants Entertainment obtained a judgment against Hollywood Partners.com in the Los Angeles Los Angeles (lôs ăn`jələs, lŏs, ăn`jəlēz'), city (1990 pop. 3,485,398), seat of Los Angeles co., S Calif.; inc. 1850.  Superior Court, Case Number BC 251352. Early this year, Hollywood Partners.com changed its name to Universal Guardian Holdings, Inc., OTCBB OTCBB

:UGHO UGHO Universal Guardian Holdings, Inc . The judgment of approximately $46,000 with interest is the result of money lent MONEY LENT. In actions of assumpsit a count is frequently introduced in the declaration charging that the defendant promised to pay the plaintiff for money lent. To recover, the plaintiff must prove that the defendant received his money, but it is not indispensable that it should be  pursuant to a contemplated business transaction. A hearing to amend the Judgment to add as judgment debtors, Universal Guardian Holdings, Inc., and Universal Guardian Corporation is scheduled for October 10, 2003.
