Giants Entertainment Obtains Judgment Against Hollywood Partners.com, Now Universal Guardian Holdings, Inc.

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 25, 2003
On January 2, 2002, Giants Entertainment obtained a judgment against Hollywood Partners.com in the Los Angeles Superior Court, Case Number BC 251352. Early this year, Hollywood Partners.com changed its name to Universal Guardian Holdings, Inc., OTCBB:UGHO UGHO - Universal Guardian Holdings, Inc. The judgment of approximately $46,000 with interest is the result of money lent pursuant to a contemplated business transaction. A hearing to amend the Judgment to add as judgment debtors judgment debtor n. the losing defendant in a lawsuit who owes the amount of the judgment to the winner.
