Getronics has announced a lead management solution for retail banks that use integrated CRM components from Onyx Software Corp. The pre-integrated solution allows banks to seamlessly track and manage leads across channels and product lines, bringing greater efficiencies to retail, small business, lending, corporate and private banking departments. The Getronics lead management solution gives banks an end-to-end ability to capture, act upon and close leads generated both within and outside the bank. Branch personnel can create leads via a scripted workflow, manage leads in the pipeline and distribute the leads to appropriate staff members. The solution's reporting capabilities enable the bank to track every lead in real-time, helping to ensure that all opportunities receive prompt attention and none get overlooked. Getronics applications embed a mix of Onyx CRM functionality, including Onyx's business and personal customer profiles, leads and reminders, campaign management, alerts, tasks, analytics, surveys, and service requests. Getronics' teller applications, for example, include streamlined lead and product recommendation processes, since the teller's role is primarily a service function. In contrast, customer service representatives and personal bankers see a dashboard of information they need to organize their day: key customers and tasks, contacts and leads. They also have the ability to initiate customer visits and generate reports. Getronics has added CRM capabilities to its applications for teller and platform automation, Internet banking and call center.
