Get2Chip Inc., an electronic design automation (EDA (1) (Electronic Design Automation) Using the computer to design, lay out, verify and simulate the performance of electronic circuits on a chip or printed circuit board. ) supplier of system-on-chip (SOC) synthesis, today joined the open source community for Liberty(TM), the widely-used EDA library format provided through Synopsys's technology access program, TAP-in(TM). Get2Chip chose Liberty for its rich features and widespread industry support over OLA/ALF and other library formats.

 for accurate timing, functional and physical library modeling, and there are in excess of 400 deep-submicron libraries available worldwide in the Liberty format. Get2Chip joins more than 35 EDA companies in the TAP-in open source community that supports Liberty in their products today.
