Lyndsey Chivers, one of the teachers for Ceroc South Wales, said: "Ceroc is an easy and fun way to keep fit as well as learning something new.

"These evenings give people a more attractive alternative to the gym, everyone is friendly and willing to help each other with the steps, and with our trained dancers on hand, you will never feel alone."

Alternatively, visit www.cerocsouthwales. com Suzanne Scale Performing Arts School - Based in Rhiwbina, the school is about to start working on its production of Oliver, which will be performed in Rhiwbina Memorial Hall on February 25, 26 and 27.

And it's not too late to join the production.

The main Performing Arts School for ages six-19 runs from 1pm to 4pm on Saturdays at Rhiwbina Memorial Hall.

There are three Early Performers for ages three to six classes on a Saturday from 10am to 11am, 11am to 12noon and 12noon to 1pm. This class is a fun hour of drama, singing and dance for budding stars.

The ethos of the school is: "Go confidently in the direction of your dreams".

The school believes in empowering the pupils with confidence and self-belief to go forward as happy individuals of modern society.
