INTRODUCING NEW BAGHOUSE COLLECTORS

We will introduce three new larger RF baghouse dust collectors for the woodworking market at IWF 2006. While retaining all of the high performance features of our popular RF baghouse, we will now offer three larger models for manufacturers who want one large collector instead of multiple smaller units. RF baghouses are specifically designed for high air volume and heavy dust loading common to woodworking applications.

Donaldson Torit's RF dust collectors come standard with our proprietary Dura-Life[TM] twice the life filter bags that provide 30 percent fewer emissions, lower maintenance costs, 99.9 percent efficiency and energy savings compared to conventional polyester filter bags. Since its introduction in 2004 manufacturers have purchased more than 265,000 Dura-Life replacement bags. They are available as replacement filters for most popular brands of baghouse dust collectors including Buhler, MAC, Kice and MicroPul.

We will also debut a new, more compact Unimaster[R] shaker-style dust collector with a shorter headroom requirement and standard acoustic diffuser. Donaldson Torit Unimaster collectors are an economical and highly effective solution for filtering a diverse range of nuisance dusts.

MORE ADVANCED CARTRIDGE TECHNOLOGY

For applications that generate finer dust, Donaldson Torit's Downflo[R] Oval (DFO) cartridge dust collectors are available in a wide range of sizes including smaller self-contained "plug and play" type units. Providing 25 percent more airflow capacity and 29 percent more pulse cleaning pressure, DFO collectors offer high filtration efficiency in a compact collector.

DFO dust collectors come standard with our patented Ultra-Web[R] nanofiber filters that have a high MERV 13 efficiency rating for filtering submicron (0.3 micron) and larger dust particles. Ultra-Web lasts up to twice as long as commodity cellulose and 80/20 blend medias, lowers emissions by 40 percent or more and dramatically reduces energy, maintenance and replacement filter costs. Ultra-Web is available as replacement cartridges for other brands of dust collectors including Farr, AAF and UAS.
