 the payment of a cash dividend of $0.10 per common share payable November November: see month.  25, 1996 to shareholders of record on November 15, 1996 and a cash dividend of $0.10 per common share payable May 26, 1997 to shareholders of record on May 16, 1997.

The last dividend paid by the Company was a dividend of $0.07 per common share paid on May 31, 1996 to shareholders of record on May 21, 1996.
