Gertler & Wente's new assignments encompass four Shorenstein office buildings, including the recently purchased Manhattan buildings The Manhattan Building is a 16-story building at 431 South Dearborn Street in Chicago, Illinois. It was designed by architect William Le Baron Jenney and constructed from 1889 to 1891[2].  from Macklowe Properties:

850 Third Avenue, Manhattan: Gertler & Wente will redesign the building's lobby and create exterior terrace space for an available unit on the 17th floor. The 21-story office building was completed in 1963 and contains 613,664 square feet.

65 East 55th Street (Park Avenue Tower), Manhattan: Gertler & Wente will design several pre-built office suites and renovate the restrooms on one floor. The 615,587-square foot, 35-story office building was built in 1986, making it one of the more modern and efficient properties in the Park Avenue corridor.

399 Boylston Street Boylston Street is the name of a major east-west thoroughfare in the city of Boston, Massachusetts and its western suburbs. It begins at its eastern end in central Boston as the continuation of Essex Street at the intersection of Tremont, and forms the southern boundary of Boston , Boston: Gertler & Wente will revamp re·vamp

 the building's lobby and enhance the property's flow and security. The 31-story office building was built in 1983 and contains 228,820 square feet with groundfloor retail.

Franklin Tower, 1401 K Street, Washington, D.C.: Gertler & Wente will design modifications to the tenant floors cores. The 12-story office building was built in 1967 and renovated in 1991, and contains 227,845 square feet with ground-floor retail. "Shorenstein Properties understands the power of good design," says Jeff Gertler, principal of Gertler & Wente.
