v-GO Sign-on Platform Will Enhance Firm's Identity/Access Management Offerings

Envision, a German-based provider of identity/access management and integration solutions, serves mid-sized and large enterprises with workforces ranging from 1,000 to tens of thousands in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Envision is adding v-GO to its practice to support advanced single sign-on implementations, particularly ESSO projects that also involve strong authentication and identity provisioning deployments. v-GO's core password management functionality enables corporate employees to access to any type of Windows, mainframe or Web application with a single Windows logon, and the platform includes add-on solutions that tightly integrate with any authenticator from tokens to smart cards as well as all leading identity management systems for seamless exchange of user credential information.

Envision also selected v-GO because of its rapid implementation capabilities, scalability, hundreds of successful deployments, and low total cost of ownership made possible by the product architecture. The v-GO platform can be quickly implemented using patented client-side intelligence that eliminates the need to write scripts or connectors even to homegrown or legacy applications; requires no modification to business applications; and can be deployed on existing servers without adding dedicated or proprietary hardware.
