Atrica's industry-leading Carrier Ethernet solutions will enable htp to deliver an expanded range of advanced broadband services to its business and residential customers, with guaranteed, end-to-end service level agreements (SLAs) and 50 ms resiliency. Services will include blazing-speed Internet access, LAN to LAN, and DSL backhaul. Future applications will include an extensive offering of Triple Play services for business and residential customers. This agreement illustrates the increasing demand in Central and Eastern Europe for the benefits of Carrier Ethernet technology, and Atrica's strengthening market leadership in the region.

One of Germany's largest Regional Carriers, htp serves the greater Hannover area, home to this week's CeBIT 2005 exhibition. In addition to the Carrier-class attributes that Atrica's Optical Ethernet Systems provide, htp was impressed with the high scalability of the system, and the comprehensive functionality and point-and-click centralized service provisioning and management capabilities of ASPEN(TM), Atrica's Service Platform for Ethernet Networks. Using a multi-layered modular architecture, ASPEN was built to support large, dynamic, carrier-class networks. With a focus on delivering enhanced management capabilities for rapid service provisioning, comprehensive network, performance and fault management, and seamless integration with existing applications, ASPEN is based on common telecom network management standards.
