Sally has recently accepted the position of vice president and associate chief nursing officer for Memorial Health University Medical Center. Sally has been with Memorial since 1981 in a variety of capacities that include roles in home health, medicine oncology, clinical research, rehab, support services support services Psychology Non-health care-related ancillary services–eg, transportation, financial aid, support groups, homemaker services, respite services, and other services , clinical education, wound care, diabetes, nurse recruitment, and administration.

Jewel has recently accepted a position as department director for interdepartmental in·ter·de·part·men·tal

 staffing at Emory Hospitals. Jewel accepted this position in late August 2006 and will be promoted from the renal unit at Emory Crawford Long Hospital. Jewel has been with Emory for some 17 years.
