George Siravakian.

George Siravakian

George Siravakian (photo), a veteran of more than 20 years in the real estate industry -- including 10 in the commercial brokerage business -- has joined, as a vice president, the full service brokerage company of Jacobson, Goldfarb & Tanzman Associates (JGT), announced Stanley Simon, a partner with the firm.

Siravakian began his career in the corporate sector in 1960, joining AT&T where he rose to manager of real estate in 1970. In 1973, he moved to Litton Industries as manager of real estate.

He is a graduate of City College of New York with a BS in Mathematics and an MBA in Industrial Management and Operations Research. Siravakian will be based out of JGT's West Orange branch office and will specialize in office and industrial sales and tenant representation for the company.
