The name of the new company, GeoSure, L.P., reflects the strong presence of all three companies in the property information industry and the property insurance business. Company officials said the realignment and new name better positions all three companies for the expected increase in demand from their related industries, as well as future company growth.

ERIIS is a nine year old environmental property information publishing company serving more than 3,700 lenders, consultants, engineers, insurance companies, lawyers, appraisers and Realtors(r) across the country. National Research Center (NRC) and its subsidiary, NRC Insurance Services, Inc. GeoSure company headquarters will be located at ERIIS in the metropolitan Washington, D.C. area. Appointed as GeoSure president is ERIIS president, Dan Prickett. Reporting to Mr. Prickett will be Patrick McDevitt, general manager of ERIIS; Mikal Reik, president of NRC; and Cynthia Jones, general manager of NRC.
